BKM has nearly 8 professional engineers for tooling engineering. We set up R&D center providing solution from product development, project management, technology support, mold design and manufacturing, quality inspection and after sale service to global companies. All our engineers are familiar with DEM and HASCO mold standard. Design team use CAD, CAE and CAM to assist design.

Design and Analysis

Design is the begin for a successful case. 90% of the engineering problem comes from the original design. We use mold-flow soft and 3D software to simulate the plastic flow that can make the design more scientific and reliable. Our designer has almost 30 years of experience in this industry and a comprehensive view for process and product application.
